Chelsea Haupt

Chelsea Haupt is the founder of Elevate Your Growth Co. and serves as our transaction coordinator, managing every file from accepted offer to closing day. With about ten years of real estate experience and deep roots in the Capital Region, Chelsea keeps deadlines on track, documents organized, and attorneys, lenders, and agents moving in sync. Clients can expect clear, timely updates at every milestone, so they always know what’s next.

When she’s not keeping closings on schedule, Chelsea is a proud mom of two young boys in the Clifton Park area. You’ll find her on the sidelines at youth football games, curled up with a good book, or working on a new home decor project.
